We have a big, double bedroom available. The people living here right now is my family of four, with a pet dog, there is also another flatmate living downstairs (and are all Asians). There are four bedrooms upstairs (three are occupied), and two bedrooms (one which is currently used for storage). There is two bathrooms, the bathroom and shower (toilet is joined) will be shared between you and two other people.  The kitchen is shared with all the occupants, and we would prefer if you cooked simple/and or doesn't cook often. 

The sunlight exposure in the bedroom is big, and lovely. The bedroom itself is clean, and furnished with a single bed and a large desk. We have unlimited wifi, power, water, and electricity available. Also, parking is available on the street.

The house is located close to the train station and bus stations and very close to the Mount Albert Town Centre shops, Lin Supermarket, restaurants, and cafes. If you would go to city by either the bus or train, it will take only two stages. It has convenient access to the highways.

Would suitable for student or a working person, but no smoking.
